How Fast Can I Get The Electric Cigarette Machine?

We offer shipping exclusively via USPS. During check-out you will be presented with shipping options, costs and arrival time estimate based on your location and weight of the product. All our products are in-stock. Orders placed before 3PM EST are shipped the same day, all others are shipped on the following business day.

How do I contact Customer Service?

Please note we are an online merchant and do not offer over the phone sales or support. If you need assistance, please contact us here. We respond to all inquiries quickly and in most cases with in an hour.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, only unopened/unused product can be returned within two weeks of it’s arrival. Please note all refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fees. Shipping is not refundable.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping via USPS to United States and Canada.

What Size of Cigarettes Can I Make?

Our TMA auger-type cigarette machine is designed to work with both 100′s and King size tubes. TMS2 spoon-type only accepts King size tubes.

Can I Use Pipe Tobacco?

Only with spoon-type injector and only finer pipe tobacco cuts.

What is the Electric Cigarette Machine Warranty?

Our unit carries a one year warranty from the day of purchase. This warranty covers all defects from workmanship and/or component failures.

Do you sell tobacco or cigarette tubes?

We do not. We are the machine manufacturer’s rep and only supply Roll-Your-Own equipment.

Where can I purchase natural tobacco and tubes?

Most local tobacco shops offer a wide selection of domestic and imported tobaccos, as well as cigarette tubes. Prices vary based on the grade and variety. As a rule of thumb, Roll-Your-Own supplies cost one half of premium cigarette packs.

Online is also a great place to purchase RYO supplies. You may find a greater selection than what is available at your local tobacco shop.
